I just wanted to let you know that the puppy is so precious. And SPOILED ROTTEN ALREADY. We just love him.. And you were right, he is an escape artist. He found out how to open the door to the cage we have him in. We had to put a lock on the doors.
He follows us everywhere we go. He has to be touched when he is sleeping. We named him Smokey. He already knows his name. I am so happy we got him.
If we get another poodle, we will be contacting you. I knew when I first saw him, he was the one I wanted. I wouldn't even hold any other puppy I saw out at Canton.
Thanks so much for being such a great breeder and really caring about the dogs. I was really scared to buy another puppy after the experience we had last year.
Just wanted to let you know that I was the one that bought the white chihuahua in Canton, Texas. Her name is Gracie. Thank you for such a wonderful puppy. My teacup pom just loves her and they play most all the time. We got her a heated puppy bed (talk about expensive), and she loves it. She stays in it most of the time when I am home:) We almost lost her 3 days after we bought her, but it was hypoglycemia. Amazingly, after the vet saw her, and kept her for the day, she was jumping around that night. It scared us to death, though, because she started siezing that morning, foaming at the mouth, etc. My daughter was crying.....anyway, thank goodness she was fine. We were doing what you told us, with the syrup on her food, however, the vet told us to start, daily, giving her 1cc of honey, more if she needed it. My pom was getting jealous, and now that is an every day treat for them both. They absolutely love "honey time." Anyway, she is doing great, loving life, and loves my daughter....which was my goal. If we ever get another one, I will be calling on you. Thank you for breeding puppies with such wonderful dispositions. My teacup pom breeder uses me as a reference, and I have had letters from people as far as New Jersey e-mail me for a reference. Feel free to use me as a reference any time.

That would be good if you came sometime in the morning or mid-afternoon I could come and get her then. But I will graduate that night so if that gets in the way, could I get her that Saturday? I would really like to tell you THANK YOU for all you have done! I will definitely use you and your kennel as a reference.
Thank You so Much!

We purchased a wonderful Yorkie “PUP” from Ricsue Kennel. The purchasing experience we had from them was a very positive one. Sue was very helpful in the selection process and she provided information to us on a timely basis. The puppy pics that she sent us were terrific. It was a great way to see his growth and enjoy him vicariously while waiting to bring him home. Sue has a wealth of information regarding all puppy issues from health to training. We appreciated all the advice she gave us prior to and after the purchase of our puppy.
We are using Webster Groves Veterinary clinic to service all of our puppy needs. They are timely, professional and very caring. We look forward to many years of enjoyment from our Yorkie, Henry. He is a source of great pleasure for our family. Thank you RICSUE KENNEL for making our experience a most positive one.

Hello Sue, Billie and Bob,
It's been a couple of weeks since we purchased our puppy from you. I must say he is quite a joy. He 's a bundle of love and joy. My daughter and I truely love him. We named him Pepper.
We are now two weeks into having "Effie", our Labra-Doodle puppy, in our home with us. I thought I would pass along some unsolicited observations about her for you to share with any of your potential future customers.
It was immediately obvious to both my wife and I that "Effie" had been well cared for by you and that she had been in frequent close proximity to both other dogs and children. "Effie" is bonding well with us and is super friendly to our neighbors (particularly the children) and their pets. She appears to be very intelligent and already (at ten weeks) associates the front door with doing her thing outside. What a bundle of fun and energy!
Thanks again. We could not be more pleased and happy with her. Also, thank you very much for working with us on when to pick her up and keeping us posted on her first weeks of development before being weaned.
All our best -
Terry and Rosemary Norris

Sue,
Just wanted to send you an update on Bailey and how wonderful and cute she is. She is sleeping through the
night and is doing really well with going outside for her jobs. She loves to play and loves to cuddle with the
boys when she is ready for a nap. She is so alert and smart and her hair is starting to change color...tan
instead of cream. She has seen our vet and is now at 4 pounds. She loves the
small tennis balls and chases them around the kitchen. She also loves to take
the kitchen towels off the towel rack. We have given old ones to her for her
toys and keep our on the counter for now. She loves chasing the June bugs
and fireflies at dusk and loves to sleep in her pet carrier.
I have attached some pictures and will continue to keep in touch. Have a great rest of summer.
