RICSUE KENNEL is owned and operated by Ric and Susan Pashia of Grubville, Mo. We are located twenty seven miles west of St. Louis on highway 30 (Gravois Rd.). We are less than sixty minutes from downtown St. Louis and have been at our present location for seven years. We have been involved in the breeding business for fourteen years. Our goal was and is to have a state of the art kennel that we can raise our breeding stock and puppies in conditions that are humane and comfortable. We strive to raise show quality puppies for family pets.
Our first venture into breeding was with the Shih Tzu (Sue's favorites), followed shortly after with a pair of Bichon Frise. In the years following we added eight other breeds to these two with the main theme being small house pets that are good with children. But for those who prefer a larger good natured dog we also raise Labradoodles. Some of these breeds are non-shedding and hypo-allergenic.
RICSUE KENNEL is set on a fifteen acre horse ranch just two miles from a main highway and one mile off the state highway. Our breeders and puppies are housed in heated and air-conditioned modern buildings that are cleaned and bleached daily.
All of the puppies are up to date on vaccinations and wormings. A copy of the health Certificate, a puppy pack and a one year guarantee go home with each puppy. With the growth of the kennel and the desire to keep the facility A-1 top notch, we have employed the services of a part time vet tech who assists in the care and upkeep of the kennel.
Through the years we have nutured a strong relationship with one of the areas top rated Animal Hospitals. Webster Groves Animal Hospital is owned and operated by Andrew Love, DVM.
